At Brass Monkey Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
